Several parcels on the same block in Clinton Hill that were supposed to be developed are now for sale. One of the properties listed is 25 Lexington Avenue, above, which is a handsome industrial building (yours for only $2.9 mil). This was slated to become a 24-unit residential property in headier real estate times. The other properties for sale are the neighboring development sites at 29-31 and 37-41 Lex, which are being marketed separately with approved Karl Fischer building plans in place. The seller is looking for $2.3 million for those sites. Word on the street is that, like so many other developers these day, the seller couldn’t secure financing and that’s why he’s selling.
