Work has begun on the site of what will one day be Triangle Court, the six-story rental and retail building slated for 456 Grand Street in Williamsburg. In April, the Brooklyn Eagle reported on its symbolic groundbreaking: The property, which is a brownfield, is being cleaned up as part of the PlaNYC New York City Brownfield Cleanup Program. Curbed posted a rendering of the future building, which will have a pharmacy, diner and other small businesses; check it out after the jump. GMAP
