Barclays Center Rising
This photo is the best one we’ve seen of the progress at the Barclays Center, the future home of The Nets and the first piece of the Atlantic Yards project. And it should: It was sent out by someone in-house to potential buyers of basketball tickets yesterday!

Lech – You live far enough away from it that you’re not going to feel the impact of too much traffic & overloaded infrastructure. Those of us who are physically closer are still dead set against the project. It’s as much of a winner as it’s presumed home team is.
Actually, if Dan Goldstein were only about counting his money, do you think he’d waste his time testifying against the total sham of extending this travesty’s timeline to 25 years, as he did yesterday? However, trying to reason with you types is like trying to do the same with Republicans (oh, wait, you mostly are Republicans – that must explain it).
He does have a point though, Mr. B.
I actually spotted DG in downtown Brooklyn, walking toward a bank. And he was laughing. No, really.
Mr. B, have you met him? He looks far too intimidating to approach with a bar of soap! Good luck finding someone to do that 🙂
“I hope they all feel like shit for what they did to this project.”
Actually, he’s laughing all the way to the bank.
someone needs to wash lechacal’s mouth out with soap
Lech, of course they don’t feel like shit. DG and others and just sitting back laughing while counting their money.
Good eye, rf. The vehicles on Atlantic do look quite fake, as well as the white boxes placed there…I was just at Target the other day and it looked nothing like this.
