Here’s some potentially good news for Clinton Hill residents on the stretch of Waverly Avenue between Myrtle and Park: The owner of the long-stalled development at 91-97 Waverly just applied for a new building permit for the first time in years. Hopefully this won’t be an eyesore for much longer. Meanwhile, on the same block, HPD and NYCHA are looking to set aside funds to renovate 71, 75, 99 and 101 Waverly, all characterized as “underutilized” three-story homes.
