The long-stalled Carroll Gardens development 340 Court Street will be complete in two years, if all goes according to plan. Last month news broke that Prudential Real Estate Investors, which previously partnered on the build with the Clarett Group, was moving forward with plans for the development with two other firms after Clarett shut down. Now a sign on the construction fence is listing the targeted completion date as Summer 2013. We’ll take that with a grain of salt, especially since no new building permits have been filed yet. But it’s nice to know things are on track. When it’s finished, there will be a 32-unit condo building and 11 townhouses.
