“The penthouse on this building looks particularly sweet. I’m guessing it’s the developers.”
LOL, like he’d live there.
And Boymelgreen lives atop the Novo.
And the CEO of Toll Bros is moving to the Penthouse of Northside Piers.
Come on lady…you really think the developers of these pieces of crap want to live above the tenants so when things start going wrong, they are IN the building?
$1500 studios?! Jaysus… I either don’t make enough money or that’s just retarded (or both)

Oh, and for those of you who like to drop the “another souless condo box” comment, puh-lease already. I know you think it makes you sound clever, perhaps even interesting. But we all know people who makes like that tend to be the most soulless of all. It’s kinda funny.
those old buildings they demo’d for this were really cool. too bad greed seemingly took over here, had they gutted those and turned them into 4 or 5 places with the garage redone for parking it would have been a sweet little project and probably would have sold quickly. opportunity missed.
Not terrible looking, and I like the location. And will be ready for move-ins by the time my current lease is up. Perhaps I’ll check em out.
Dear developer, $1,500 studios please.
These are rentals.
