I gotta say I was driving around north of the Queensboro bridge the other day and all these small hotels are making a hash of the area. it's like a hotel / warehouse / storage mishmash and the hotels do not add to the charm. kind of a waste of an opportunity to remake a neighborhood.

What Do You Call Someone From Queens?They could restore the facade and remake it into a new entrance to the Queens Plaza station, which is right below it. There are already plans for a number of hotels and residential/commercial buildings in the immediate vicinity, so an improved entry to the subway will be necessary soon.
