Meanwhile, Over in DUKBO…Honestly, I think you are reading a little too much into the term. I get where you are coming from, but my take is that it is art in unexpected, drab places--like the bridge. I don't think it's "intervention" like "Oh, poor Archie Bunkeresque Queens" although I know we get no respect from Brooklynites. Their loss, though.
