Hmm thats about 1/4 the price of a ‘luxury’ condo in that neighborhood.
Maybe the broker should advertise it as ‘mixed use’ lol
it was too expensive…I think the italian ice place made more sense at this location.
yeah – fatty cue has been closed the past few days.
lamb – i thought it was sorta overpriced – and eating outside from food trucks probably isn’t too appealing in the winter.
some sorta coffee truck (blue bottle?) would kill here.
oh yeah just read that article 11217 GROSS and the owners made a big joke about it :-/

i go by there at least a once a week and never knew it had seating… maybe i wasn’t the only one…
Good riddance. That place was terrible and a burger and fries cost more than it does at dumont. Ridiculous!
anyone know wtf happened here? this place seemed to be doing pretty brisk business when it opened….
And my friend told me today that Fatty Cue has been SHUT DOWN by the health department for 116 violations including evidence of rats, no hand washing, etc.
when the buyer shows up, I would to sell him/her some stuff too. 250k???!!!!!
