Art Quilt Show at the Windsor Terrace Library
This quilt show is based on botanical Inspirations and features 22 botanic-themed quilts by members of The Quilters’ Guild of Brooklyn. All are 20×20 inches in size. The show runs Jan. 4 – Feb. 7, 2012. It includes two free workshops: (1) for adults at 6:30 pm on Wed., Jan. 18, and (2) for children ages 3-6 on Sat., Jan. 28, at 11 am. Brooklyn Flea + SmorgasBrewery
The Flea is back from its holiday vacation and will be at Skylight One Hanson both Saturday and Sunday. And don’t forget about SmorgasBrewery, a mini-Smorgasburg featuring a rotating cast of five Flea/Smorg food vendors serving inside the Brewery’s Tasting Room on North 11th St. in Williamsburg on Sundays. The Flea runs from 10am to 5pm at Skylight One Hanson and SmorgasBrewery runs only Sunday from noon to 5pm.
