It’s a shame that the city is trying to eliminate the advantage program. If they do, it will only cause more people to go to homeless shelters, which will only sink the city deeper into debt.
Not to worry, though, for I’m sure that all of the affordable housing advocates on this board will rent the units in their brownstones to families that wind up getting evicted.
