Tween Store Opens on Pintchik Row
The tween store we wrote about in August has opened at 456 Bergen, the last storefront on that row of Bergen to be filled. It’s called Level 2 and looks pretty hip for a tween-targeted store. We didn’t go in so can’t speak on the price range. How about that purple storefront? Tweens Shop Coming…

That’s cool – personally I think N3rd btw Berry and Wythe stacks up pretty well as far as mix of retail goes on a side street.
Bergen is lovely tho.
I am heading to City Sub for lunch.
Yes and Melt! You live on a beautiful block, Jester.
And bd, as you know most of these stores are only 2 years old or less. I wonder what is a bigger income producer, the Pintchik store or the Pintchik rent roll.
11217, you forgot Melt, which has a good brunch and is solid for anyone you want to take there.

This strip literally has something for everyone (Hardware Store, soon to be Ricky’s, Bark, Lululemon, Comic Shop, Bike Shop, Sex shop, Ladies Clothing Shop, Maternity Shop, Men’s Store, Healthy Foods Eater, Tween shop and City Sub.
Doesn’t get much more varied that that, even though personally I don’t have a need for much of it.
It’s not a strip of 10 organic Brooklyn farmed food and cocktail bars, so I thought it may not get your vote. 🙂
Still there, Brokedeveloper. Just got a fresh coat of paint on the outside too!
“Gets my vote for best (retail) block in Brooklyn. ”
I respectfully disagree
Having lived on this block in the late nineties it is really wierd to see it now. Please tell me City Sub is still going strong. I used to live on that stuff.
