Curbed is the Jerry Springer Show of these sites. A few Brooklyn related ones that you link to are not that far off either..i.e.onehansonplace.com, etc. Only a matter of time when all of us neighborhood people have to do a nannywatch for these to protect our kids from the smut. In the end its all about class.
Knock knock,
I, too, am often startled by the tone of the conversation on Curbed.
Brownstoner you should think about not linking to Curbed. It is just juvenile how the people blog on that site. There are always several racist and idiotic diatribes that makes the discussion on that site just worthless. Even though the brownstoner site has its moments it is generally a very good site I know there is freedom of speech and I don’t necessarily believe in censorship but Brownstoner should be above all the racist blogging that goes on curbed.
If you follow the link, you see that the photographer called it that for the reason EJ cited above.
bstoner, don’t get it.
why do you call it lottery dreams?
Because you’d have to win the lottery to afford it, I assume.
