they dont bother me as much as moonfaces with 3000 dollar a month apartments with jobs that don’t quite match up to be able to afford those kinds of rents. rich rent stabalized and rent controlled people are at least quirky and add something to do the flav of the city. people in new construction waterfront condos generally add nothing of value.

I’m sure more policing of incomes is necessary as well. Entitlement never ends.
Indexing rent control standards to keep up with inflation makes some amount of sense, but $300K income seems well beyond the realm of stupid.
