I agree that ticketing at 2am is moronic when they SHOULD be ticketing during rush hour, and I totally agree Dave that people who can’t fit in the tiny seats should NOT sit down!!
Cops don’t have the balls to hand out a ticket on a crowded 9 am train into the city. “Hey now, hey now, you over there, move that bodega bag.” They could walk the length of the car and switch at the next stop though.
