Art Show at Freddy’s Back Room

I hear it is a done deal, all approvals have been obtained, all the cars have been thrown out, and work should start soon. Too bad because Brooklyn Heights already desperately needed more parking for residents and visitors alike.
I would have thought this would be a pressing issue for them but I haven’t heard anything from the Heights Association.
I think the building at 12 College Place will be one part of the condo project replacing the Love Lane garage. Any updates on that development?
