360 Smith looks really good. i think it fits in good with the neighborhood. i am not sure however about the balconies in the back, it looks to me as though on another roof there is a think, not sure if it is the AC unit for the building, that would become annoying listening to a motor running while on a balcony…
but the building is pretty and I like it…..but we will see how the layouts will be……………….
