10:20 AM I’m sorry, is your house going into foreclosure? LOL! I think I touched a nerv… Oh wait you are a former Bear Sterns employee. Oh, that explains it. Google the nearest food stamp office. Get there early, I think the line will be long.

Yeah, what a moron is about right. It’s just mindless rabble-rousing to cust and paste negative stories from the internet and endorse them as the gospel. And then when you don’t understand them and surround them with “B follows A so A caused B conclusions” there really is nothing of value being offered. I follow the markets all day; there are plenty of people with positive outlooks too and stories about them on CNBC and whatnot (not that I believe them either, but that’s not the point). And 10:06 is right, what’s the point? Schadenfreude is great, but when it all turns to crap it doesn’t tend to spare people with sixth grade educations and internet access.
“What. What is it? Do you actually want the economy to collapse, or do you just want housing to go back to normal so more people can afford homes? Because wanting the economy to collapse and people’s lives to be ruined is kind of f’d up …”
The economy has already collapsed. You must be asleep to ask me a question like that! Inflation is running north of 11%. Gas is up 43% from last year and food prices are out of this world!

This is a LIE! It’s not demand, it’s inflation stupid!
There are people that never had anything to do with this Mutant Asset Bubble but, they are paying the price of a profligate lifestyle!
Your taxpayer dollars are bailing out Bear Sterns and GOD knows who else and put put that question to me. Yeah OK Homeboy, that way to the cheese line—->
“Because wanting the economy to collapse and people’s lives to be ruined is kind of f’d up …”
There lives are already ruined. Stagnate wages and high prices are a bad mix. BTW Your job go bye bye and it’s not coming back.
Wrap your mind around this!

I agree with Sid Meyer’s comment on the Daily News article.

9:13 #1 and #2, please excuse The What. He doesn’t usually like the facts getting in the way of his arguments. But at least he’s finally admitting to living in Lodi.
I made a mistake, my bad. It’s 9%. The drugs are good in Lodi LOL.
“Go Newark Nets! ” Yep, the Knicks suck, even with Donnie Walsh. I started rooting for the Nets a couple of months ago. Hell at lease you have Richard Jefferson and Vince Carter!

That Venetian looks hot. Don’t know if I want to live in Gravesend though.
Good morning, The What. Like how they hid that 900% calculation. This housing recession keeps breaking records – worst since the Tech boom, worst since the 90’s, now the worst in a generation. Wait’l it gets worse than the GD.
Go Newark Nets! Go Lodi! (I know you’re in Stuy)
what a moron. It rose BY 38k not FROM 38k.
