tybur, where I come from we say “Edinbru”, with the final syllable rhyming with “huh?” not “brew”.
Its better if you roll the R a bit.
Oh and Scotland is awesome, tybur. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are fantastic cities.
The New Town in Edinburgh and the West End of Glasgow will make you wonder what all the fuss is about re brownstones!

Hard to write, but kind of like Edinbrah (with a short ‘a’).
If you’re going to Glasgow as well I’d spend the time trying to attune your ears to that accent – it’s a challenge. East of Scotland / Edinburgh is usually quite a clear accent. NE Scotland accent sounds almost Scandinavian.
I’m not from Scotland, I’m from northern England, where of course everyone speaks perfectly.
