Petey, I am talking about the Queer eye type of Appraisal.
“Unlocked fire doors are a hazard to children and other mentally disabled people.”
I hope those who watch over janko are reading this.
At age 4, my daughter once climbed out our bathroom window and got onto our extension roof. The only reason I knew about it is our neighbor saw her and gently talked her in. I had no idea she could open the window or that she would have any notion that a person could go on the roof.
Now we have the window pinned shut.
Unlocked fire doors are a hazard to children and other mentally disabled people. Alarms do little to protect them — in this building the roof door alarm had been going off since the little girl opened the door in the middle of the night, and no one checked. Is there a study somewhere comparing the benefits of egress in a fire vs. the hazards of these unlocked doors?
Children are curious, unpredictable creatures. The family deserves our full sympathy.

Look who is talking!
I work out 4 times a week and have hard and flat abs. I think I can hold my own. Perhaps you could take me out to meet all your other homo friends and appraise my “street value” one of these days.

I’d bring a chaperon w/ you Stevie unless…

Stevie is very scared! Will I be assaulted by all the “older gentlemen” at the bar? Maybe they will try to get Stevie drunk and then take advantage of him. WAH!!
Darn you Mr. B for not linking the nytimes article this morning clearing ACORN (which you had done threads on when accused of misdeeds) of all those nasty things accused of by right wing media and after all the vitriol by the wingnuts on this blog.
