I loved that article about “Great House, Terrible Location.” I’d be afraid that train would derail right into my house and kill me. I know someone with a glorious mansion with about 14 fireplaces in the middle of nowhere in North Carolina. And recently read about a 1550s English estate now hidden between a huge power station and various industrial quarters. Given our finances, maybe we’ll be on the list of such homeowners someday.
