I do not think so
IMHO, do not quite agree with senuya about the caption.
This shot has mysterious qualities and too much explanation can cancel the mystery. If one wants, just use the location for the title, “Brooklyn”; or name of child “Sigrid”; not both, or whatever is your emphasis.
*And* is the child “playing”? I’d rather leave it a mystery what the child is doing there. So I’d rather have something poetic for the caption, if you can think of something. All of this is, of course, IMHO.
Then, there is the purist theory that a complete photo needs no caption at all. I’d accept that for this photo.
