Philly has a namby pamby mayor and a namby pamby DA. Not until someone gets in office that is going to be truly tough on crime will it cease.
The amount of petty theft, assualy and break-ins throughout Philly on a weekly basis is truly amazing. Rudy G. we have a job for you down here if you care to take it.
