The property was a House of the Day back in March, when it was listed for $6.5 million. We had this to say about it: “It’s clearly undergone a high-quality (and tasteful) renovation that preserved the old floorboards while spiffing up the kitchen and bathrooms…As for the asking price, here’s where we stand: We’ve got absolutely no idea whether they’ll get it.
