A tipster sends word that the Park Slope Subway chain is open on Seventh Avenue, with a note: “A sad day for Park Slope.” This Subway moved in after Leaf & Bean had trouble keeping up with the rent. They had been in the space since 1973, and recently moved to a new location at 176 Lincoln Place, off of 7th Avenue. GMAP
the subway near methodist looks like it does well (yes, there is already a subway on 7th av). but my guess is that most of the patrons are non-slopers.
