The café that the website SuperVegan calls arguably the only place worth eating in the West Village will open in Park Slope within the next few weeks. ‘sNice , a vegetarian eatery on West Fourth that specializes in stuff like tempeh Reubens and Philly-style seitan sandwiches is coming to the corner of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. The opening has been delayed for a few months, but one of ‘sNice’s employees told us they’re hoping to be in business before February. GMAP

  1. I never tried Bush meat or Dog but if I heard a restaurant was opening serving either or both I’d predict its rapid demise. (yeah I know an overstatement)

Vegetarian restaurants generally fail at much more rapid clip then other restaurants.
