I believe it was a combination of cash flow issues, stop work orders, and negotiating with LPC (this is in the PH Historic District) that caused the delays. Anyway, I can’t wait. I’m a huge fan of their Fort Greene joint. Love Chavellas too. There can’t be enough Mexican grub in the neighborhood imho.

Seriously, that took forever. They painted the facade and put the “coming soon” sign up like 5 months ago. Anyone know what the holdup was?
