Aaron Brashear of the Concerned Citizens of Greenwood Heights is saying it might be a good idea for Ted Mann to meet with the community prior to the opening of the beer hall he’s building out on 7th Avenue between 19th and 20th streets. Brashear says the wood palate wall Mann is constructing might not be structurally sound given the winds coming off the expressway, and some in the community might not welcome the noise from the live music that’s planned.
