Three iconic rum styles, each prized for qualities exclusive to their respective categories, contribute their signature aromas and flavors to this high-octane play on the Planter’s Punch.

Heady floral notes intermingle with dried fruit on the nose. Allspice dram brings a savory element to the proceedings, backed up by the robust, dark, earthy notes of the Demerara rum, while passion fruit and honey add delicate sweetness to soften the drink.

Recommended spirits: Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum, Damoiseau 100 Proof Rhum Agricole Blanc, Hampden Estate Rum Fire Overproof and St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram.
