Seven Story Build Still Planned for 210 Pacific Street

Developers renewed permits for a seven-story, ten-unit mixed-use building at 210 Pacific Street, between Court Street and Boerum Place. Looks like the Department of Buildings is still processing said plans and as you can see above, no work has started up yet. These are the same plans approved for the lot back in 2008. Since then, the empty Cobble Hill land sold to a new developer for $2.8 million.
