brownstoner, take note, this goes to show no matter what you do there is always a negative in the crowd. Who the hell cares who owns the place!? case in point – You can’t (ever) please all of the people all of the time! While I’ve disagreed with you/agreed with you/not appreciated your candor/really dug your candid thoughts(you get the point)etc. I do want to extend a genuine congrats on the popularity of your blog and for providing the open forum.

Harding has a business, he starts these places up and then sells them, or, he comes in as a consultant and gets them up and running after the owners provide the investment. He is a bit of a jerk.
