The NYTimes link doesn’t seem to work either.
As one of the idiots who complained about wanting to see more affordable places, I appreciate the *relatively* cheap Bay Ridge listing, by the way. Plz keep it up $
The Google Map link is incorrect on the Bay Ridge one.
Is 576 the one with the white windows or the one in the middle? I used to live across the street, and the building with the white windows used to be owned by a neighborhood lady who used to hang out in her yard and knew everyone. Then, the building was sold (we think she may have died) and gut renovated. Any original detail that may have been there was definitely gone, as far as I could tell. Looked like they were going to carve it up into condos.
The PS house looks like a reasonable price for a park block…
propshark says 18 x 81.83.
boy, I hope that Park Slope lot is bigger than 18′ x 22′.
