Recipe: Vanessa Li's and Bowen Goh's Miss Piggy Fan Club Cocktail (Gemini)

We take endless inspiration from the most glamorous and chic piggy (and canonical Gemini) on the planet. As an homage, we made this elegant gin and lychee-liqueur cocktail, embellished with a beautiful flower. Try one of these the next time you need an ego boost. As Miss Piggy once said, “There is no one on the planet to compare with moi!”
Ingredients
1 ounce (30 ml) Aviation American gin
1 ounce (30 ml) Giffard Lichi-Li liqueur
1 ounce (30 ml) grapefruit juice
½ ounce (15 ml) lemon juice
Hibiscus flower or other edible flower for garnish (available at specialty grocery stores or online)
Directions
Pour the Aviation, Giffard Lichi-Li, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with the hibiscus flower.
