Progress Being Made at 50 North 1st Street

Construction is moving along at 50 North 1st Street, the troubled Williamsburg development between Kent and Wythe avenues. The project was on ice for a long time after a construction accident there in mid-2009. The site sold last year for $10.5 million. Previous plans with the DOB called for 41 units, and it seems like those plans are still in place.
