It was the doc who left the piece behind – the end of a needle that had broken off – about 2 inches. With laparoscopy there isn’t room for fingers anywhere in the very small incisions – just tubes w/ cameras & tools on the ends of them.
I sued once years ago for medical mal – anaesthesiologist had left my wrist lying against a small vat of hot dye & I got a 4th degree burn – down to the bone. Had to sue because I was uninsured & would’ve had to pay for reconstructive after care myself otherwise.
I don’t want you to “fawnicate” over anything. I’d just like to see you be positive for ONE DAY. Being positive does not mean pretending to like shit you don’t. It means not spitting bile about EVERYTHING.
Jesus, help me.
snappy, how about 2:1 payout on that bet?
It is good. Yes, nice place, quiet, not big and crowded like Unicorn

We went to a Chinese New Year dinner at Golden Unicorn. There were a lot of gweilos but lots of chinamen (and women and kids) too.

Was it good? I could see that tourists would go there because it looks “accessible” on the outside.
