Looks like a hotel is finally coming to the corner of Tillary Street and Flatbush Avenue Extension! The DOB approved permits for a 13-story hotel at the site. There will be 116 rooms. A developer picked up the lot this March for $7.75 million with plans to bring a well-known national brand to the site. The architect on record is Stonehill and Taylor, which has designed many hotels in the city. Hotel plans here with a previous developer fell through last year.
