Gem, you can be in part of Kensington or Ditmas Park that’s within a 5 minute walk to the park (Church Ave – Avenue C). There are loads of great cafe and restaurant options in both Ditmas Park and Windsor Terrace. Kensington in itself is more residential but also a very short walk to all the amenities of DP and WT. You have a car so nothing will be within minutes’ reach for you. Also, most co-ops and condos in the hood have indoor garages (you might have to be put on the waiting list). If you come to the Bell House, I’ll be happy to talk to you about both hoods. If you look at specific building/apartment, we can discuss details then. I think there is a 3 bed/ 2 bath in my building for sale on the 6th floor that’s asking around 400K with 1K maintenance if that’s to your liking. It’s in good shape, livable condition but needs some updating. One bedroom on the 5th floor just went for 160K with 500 maintenance but its a smallish one bed and not sure if fully updated or not.

Exactly! For example, here is a typical traditional Thanksgiving dinner that I had many times:
*First course: blinis, two kinds of caviar, sour cream, rye bread, smoked whitefish, herring, beets in sour cream. Vodka.
*Second course: One big roast turkey. Nothing else.
*Dessert: Squishy jelly chocolates in foil wrappers. Vodka. After dinner drinks.
