I am avoiding the co-op of the day thread. I know the broker, and like her a lot, but don’t want to defend the pricing of the property. Broker is very experienced and successful in BH. She had a co-op of the day on here less than 2 months ago, which already went into contract.

yeah – that co-op is pretty nuts. There should be a “delusional seller of the day” feature.

I never heard of “busted ravioli” before and, unfortunately, that term is likely to stick in my mind now whenever I go to an italian restaurant.
