those ceramic disc faucets are great. think I have that in my bathroom – it’s over 10 yrs already and that baby never leaks. Am tempted to put them into my crown heights rental so I don’t have to field the tenant calls about leaking faucets. issue is I suspect they’re much much more expensive.
Man, I’m feeling super UNhandy (although that’s the truth) as I hear the ladies (THL, Snappy) know how to assess & repair stuff around the home

yeah but we have a dog walker and my roommate likes to walk them too. i walk them too a few times a day on the weekend, but my roommates dog is like 16 and decrepit and can barely walk. i should probably just take my dog for longer walks without my roommates dog, but i feel bad. they get good walks though and they get at least 6-7 walks a day.

My kitchen sink started leaking again too MM. But, I refuse to bug my landlord about it. I’ll be off to Home Depot soon to buy some replacement parts and get to work!
