Oh yeah, I made so many jokes about the roof when we were getting it I though my hub was going to toss me off of it.

The roof is on fire (because they melt it on).

When I wrote the check to pay for it… I handed them “The Big Paycheck”

This one episode features this young woman so excited over this townhouse until the engineer comes in and finds literally a dime size spot of mold under the AC unit in the basement. When he mentions “bio-dynamic growth(aka mold) is located on the floor under the AC unit she has a melt down and wants out of the deal – ps that was the ONLY thing wrong with the house – ugh ugh ugh
