C21 in Manhattan is horrible! Its a swap meet in there! The stuff is always all over the floor and people actually rip stuff. I can’t go in there without losing my marbles. The BK on is much nicer. And they seem to have a better selection for housewares too.

are any of you buyers out there seriously looking for houses? And if so are you capable of buying a house?
sorry – am frustated with my house situation – I feel like we have had loads of interest and second showings, but this one buyer who we are almost about to go into contract with keeps running into issues with their bank(despite them putting down a large downpayment)
maybe I should post a question on the forum – am just wondering if buyers are coming up against issues in regards to obtaining a mortgage….

I was looking for a starter apt somewhere – i’m frustrated though and might just buy a cheap vacation property somewhere.
