Gemini, I have not seen it in person, at least not inside. I have seen the front and the pictures are amazing. It seems like the type of place you would be proud to hand off to your children (says a man in his late 20s with no kids). I just love it. I imagine the price will drop by $200k before the smoke clears, but wowser. I am jealous of whoever ends up with it, assuming it doesn’t have some strange problem.
