So I saw this brownstone on Sterling in Prospect Heights listed by Corcoran. It’s asking $1.8. I hate to bate the lovelies in either direction, but I really want to know…thoughts on price? Building? It looks freaking gorgeous to me, and I have friends who live a couple of brownstones down, great block.
