I watched the Bill Maher documentary “religious” this weekend and it piqued my curiousity about the whole subject – and figured I’d read something by someone a little more intelligent then a loudmouthed comedian.
I need a publisher for a book that someone is putting together.
Pubhopping is usually the precursor to bedhopping.
Do you want to know about the market for your idea, or do you want to know how to get a book contract?

Someone just forwarded me this email. Acorn is going to try to disrupt a public auction in Queens this Friday to protest and block the foreclosure of one woman’s house.
Here’s the email:
“Myrna Millington’s home, where we rallied in February, is scheduled to be auctioned on Friday, April 24th, at the Queens County Courthouse. Myrna’s lender has refused to work with her loan counselors and is going ahead with the sale of her property this Friday.
88-11 Sutphin Boulevard
Jamaica, Queens
The auction begins at 11:00 AM
We will be standing alongside Myrna and we will attempt to stall and/or disrupt the sale of her home. We will be looking to fill the room with Home Defenders who will bid $0 in protest of the sale of her property.
If people are able, we are asking you to get there at 9:00 AM so we can fill up the courtroom.”
brg, of course though lately been on an argentina kick. Spain should win out but with my coin dropping, I’m happy to be able to still afford Iberico ham.
Oh DeLepp….I loved Grenada, Cordoba, Ronda…I loved every town we went to, so many I can’t remember them all. Towns so small we were the only foreigners walking the streets. For two days we stayed on an Olive Farm. It was heavenly.
If you buy a house there before I do, can hubby and I come stay with you?
