Randi has initiated an interesting and unique new channel of communication here, and I think the metrics should be fascinating as we watch how it pans out over the coming days and months.
well im here. it’s almost 930. my hours were cut at work and i cant come in earlier anymore 🙁 being already financially strained this puts a bigger burden upon myself, but oh well that’s life. i was never broke when i lived in harlem. balancing quality of life issues versus affordability is so f’d up. grrrr.
oh and today in am new york they have a lotto for affordable condos in greenpoint.. seriously they are like 100k – 150 k and the income requirement is decent. like 40K to 60K! it mashes my buttons that i didnt save up 10K to enter this lotto. i bet it wouldnt even matter anyway. if you have a deposit but bad credit can you still get a loan? or do you need the deposit and good credit to get the loan? also are there still those shady programs that people rail about that offer full financing? ugh what am i talking about.

Kensingtonian…you remind me of one of the members of a group in Tojkyo back in the 80s. They would all write into the Japan Times editorials using wonderful made-up names and write about incredible nonsensical issues. I have their “collected works.”

DIBS, while I appreciate your thoughts on efficiencies and how we might improve our baseline going forward, I’d like to give Randi a chance here. He’s been proactive in creating this new position, and I want to support his creativity and avoid taking away his incentive. And he did show up on time this morning, and as they say…half of life is just showing up!
