And Dave, I think it’s truly big of you to show so much support for Randi- I knoow how hard it is to find any kind of work for a person of his/her/its caliber) 🙂
DIBS, I’ve consulted with HR on the ‘he/she’ issue, and they have advised me that I should refer to Randi, per his request, as ‘he’. I’ll circle back with them after the first week, and fly it by legal to make sure we’ve covered all the bases.
