    I’m going to recommend some Staff Development Training for Randi. I’m not clear that he is really acclimating to the Firm’s culture. We might also consider some ‘coaching sessions’.

    I think all we need to do to evoke a positive productive response with Randi is to review his game plan. Make sure that we provide a secure environment. Give him the necessary support tools and team leadership to have him reach some very attainable advancement solutions.

  3. I think Randolph should get a pink slip as her dedication to team work is questionable at best. If one can’t rally to get the job done along with others who give %110 towards the actions to please ‘corporate’ and the men on the 14th floor, then that person must be separated from the others as that person’s slack-assness might corrupt the others and their dedication to diligence.

  4. Randi, that is not part of the diverse culture we are trying to create around here. We need to find an integrated solution to satisfy both our internal and external clients, while adhering to the highest standards of personal and professional behavior.

  5. randy…you’re going to have to work on your game if you want to insult any of us. I just want to clear it up since you made it an issue. Your sexuality is different from your sex, in case you didn’t know that. But young people always think they know everything!!!
