I pass the Creedmoor site several times a week on my way to and from my dad’s house. There have been no patients there for a long, long time–maybe decades. The shame is that no one is using this land, much less the building that’s just sitting there on the Nassau-Queens border, which is not exactly low-rent territory.
My criteria for a bad neighborare 1. noise, and 2. vermin infestation. Ugly signs and compressed cardboard? I could live with that, much better than double- and triple-parking.
Been crazy busy at work for months. Will be heading to Turks and Caicos in a couple of weeks for a desperately needed vacation.
The new condo is working out great! Owning is vastly superior to renting in every way.

I take it back. The building is still in use with 470 patients in 2006. Take a look:

At one time it held 7000 patients.

Old-style Italian neighborhood in Williamsburg.
I meant for Benson.
East Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, Bushwick much closer to escape routes from the city for your commute!
Are there any indications that your complaint will be ignored?
