I find mayo to be a substance that could only be loved by the devil himself. Gross and inedible under any circumstances. I also like their steak frites…cant mess that up. Add a bottle of Amstel Light, and it’s a good evening 🙂
Sidecar is great – for takeout…it’s way too loud in there. Ever had their signature sidecar club sandwich? “oven roasted turkey breast, bacon, cave aged gruyere, granny smith apples,
thin sliced red onion and sun dried tomato mayo on grilled sour dough”
I get it without the mayo.
Orgasm on a plate dear friends. Orgasm on a plate.
Snappy….unless the condo/co op can tell you exactly how old the roof is, when the building was last repointed and how old the boiler and water tank are you’d be best to have an inspector look at them. Also, you need to look at the meeting notes to see what’s on the agenda for future work if any…things like updating the hallways, lobby, facade. All of these things would lead to special charges. Also, find out how they dealt with the higher oil prices beginning in 2006. Some places assessed additional charges for 3-4 months, others paid out of reserve. Make sure the building has a nice reserve. I can’t remember the rules of thumb but 1 years worth of operating expenses would be nice!!!
Hi Everyone!!! – busy morning!
Why does Highpoint have SUCH an unatttractive facade and what’s with the Mcdonalds interior lighting inside – geeesh! – they are not gunning for the cozy quotient – are they?
however do they have good coffee and goodies?
I went to Sidecar the other night and the place was packed – the food was good – not great – but solid – strong drinks that are a bit on the expensive side I thought! – anyone been?
Shadow is actually a little like reverse hide and seek. One person goes to hide while someone shadows him. The group stays behind counting to 50 (using the one one thousand, two one thousand method). The person shadowing him will drop pebbles or rocks along the way so that the group can all follow the trail to find him. Problem is you’re playing it outside and lots of things look like “dropped clues”. It was one of my favorite games growing up.

I love tons of mayo on my Mother Goose Liverwurst sandwich. And that new Canola “mayo” is S H I T.
Veggie tacos…isn’t that just a salad!???? 🙂
“Orgasm on a plate.”
I went to Katz’s Deli on Friday.
“I’ll have what she’s having.”
insert- I hate mayo – I mean I have an unatural aversion to mayo, you too?
I got the veggie tacos – not bad
Thanks again Dave 🙂
