Pete, I told her the reason I’m not dropping by to see it is that she already had a ton of great offers with many above ask. She didnt blink. So she’s either telling the truth on the 39 offers or she great poker face. Given the price, I dont doubt she got tons of above ask offers.
yeah, m4l, that realtor called and emailed me asking if I wanted to put a bid in on it.
If she had the response she claimed (39 bids before I even saw it)… why would she bother calling me.
Pete did recon for me and was told she already had 39 offers as of that day. So didnt even bother to go check it out that following Fri. Chinaman smart enough to know when he has no shot and dont waste his or the broker’s time.
so for a moment try to refrain from the political spin…..
and this is for anyone….
If USA is so debt ridden and on road to bankruptcy as so many doom and gloom people claim…….
how can the us gov’t borrow at below 3% for 10 year notes? Would you, a bank, whomever lend to someone at such a low rate if you really thought were on road to ruin?
what other country can borrow at such low rates?

will be interesting to see what finally sells for. I would guess 1.5.
Because many brokers regularly lie.
